Studio Policies
Membership Inclusions
- Monthly memberships include the option of 4, 8, or 12 classes per month. Unlimited memberships allow only 1 class a day.
- As an unlimited member, you may take a second class on the same day for an additional $15. This rate applies only to same-day double classes.
Terms & Conditions
- All memberships are set to autopay; your card on file will be charged the same day each month.
- There is a 3-month commitment for all memberships, except for founding members membership. After 3 months, you are welcome to cancel or upgrade your membership.
- Memberships automatically renew after 12 months unless cancelled in advance.
- Class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- All memberships and class packages, single drop-ins, first timer specials and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Booking in advance is required to reserve your spot in class.
- You may book classes up to 2 weeks in advance for those with 4, 8, and 12 a month classes and 1 month ahead with the Unlimited membership.
- FIRST TIMERS:
- If you are new to the studio, you may use all 3 of our first timer special deals ONE time each only.
- The first time specials expire 6 months after purchase.
Pricing
- Founding members are grandfathered into their original rate.
- All other pricing is subject to change with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Group Classes- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees.
- Memberships: Late cancel = $15 fee, credit returned.
- Packages: Late cancel = loss of credit, no fee.
- No-shows: $20 fee + loss of credit.
- These policies allow us to manage waitlists and make room for others.
- We have a strict 5 minute grace period, classroom doors lock after 5 minutes in order to not disrupt the class flow. Showing up more than 5 minutes late to your class will result in a no-show fee and your spot may be given away
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancel = 50% of session fee charged.
- No-show = loss of credit.
Waitlist Policy
- If a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist.
- If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified via your selected communication preference.
- Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re no longer able to attend — you're responsible for managing your spot.
Pausing or Canceling Memberships
- Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.
- Please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- To cancel or upgrade your membership, written notice must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to your next billing cycle — via email or text.
